2000hp Drilling Rig Mud Tank System for Saudi Arabia

As early as 2019, Brightway has begun to produce supporting (ZJ70) 2000HP drilling mud tank system for the company. Brightway has once again produced and manufactured (ZJ70) 2000HP drilling mud tank systems for Saudi Aramco. At present, the drilling mud tank system has been assembled and tested, and is about to be delivered to the customer. Compared with the traditional (ZJ70) 2000HP drilling mud tank system, the entire production and manufacturing process of this system is more complex and difficult. The drilling mud tank system is configured according to Saudi Aramco standards and requirements.

Brightway has made great efforts in the production and manufacturing process of drilling mud control systems, constantly adding advanced machining equipment, improving technical standards and production capacity, and gradually moving towards high-end manufacturing. It has been able to design and manufacture large-scale drilling mud control systems for ultra-deep drilling over 9000 meters and drilling mud control systems with higher standards and more complex processes for foreign drilling companies.
