The 3000hp drilling rig mud system is equipped with solid control equipment and 12 sets of mud storage tanks, Compared to traditional mud tanks, the system tank structure adopts a double-layer top frame, Mud tank body is higher and the effective volume of the tank is larger. Compared to the pipeline design inside the tank, this system has external pipelines, making installation, disassembly, and maintenance more convenient. It is also equipped with independent and non independent fire pipelines, which can cope with complex emergencies on well site. The mud agitator is installed between the double layered top frames to ensure unobstructed passage of personnel on the tank surface.  Equipped with a 300T weighing platform, it can store various mud materials and save mud mixing time. The entire system is also equipped with an adjustable sand proof shed, which can cope with extreme high temperature environment in desert, ensuring stable operation of solids control system in harsh environments.
