Composite material screen is a shaker screen type commonly used in drilling mud shale shakers. It is made of stainless steel wire mesh, plastic flat screen, and galvanized sheet. The composite material screen has the advantages of long service life, good screening effect, low cost of use, convenient disassembly and assembly, high liquid conductivity, good discharge effect, and long life. It is an ideal component for mud shale shaker, desander and desilter. Its common specifications are 1165x585mm, and the mesh count is 20-320.

The steel frame screen is a kind of oil shale shaker that is more commonly used, which is mainly composed of a steel frame and 2 to 3 layers of stainless steel mesh tightly combined on the frame. The frame is welded by high-strength square steel pipes or flat steels, and is equipped with multiple reinforcing supporting ribs. The mesh cloth can be combined with the frame by metal glue or directly glued to the frame. The high-strength steel frame and supporting ribs, and the moderately tensioned screen form a reliable whole, which greatly enhances the flow rate, strength and service life of the screen. The meshes of each layer are different, and the accurate and reasonable matching makes the screening effect more detailed. The mesh cloth is divided into multiple independent small mesh surfaces to prevent excessive expansion of local damage. At the same time, it is equipped with a special rubber plug to repair the damage, which can save time and reduce the cost of use.

Polyurethane screen is named after it is made of polyurethane raw materials. It is a polymer organic elastomer with a high elastic modulus, large load-bearing capacity, high-strength impact absorption, and it is not easy to block holes during use. High wear resistance, high elasticity, high strength, strong automatic cleaning power, thus greatly improving the screening and production efficiency. At the same time, due to its high wear resistance, its service life is several times or even dozens of times that of ordinary metal screens, and it is currently the world’s most wear-resistant and durable screen surface material.

Stainless steel screens are often used for screening and filtering under acid and alkali environmental conditions, as well as mud screens in the petroleum industry, and screens in the chemical and chemical fiber industries. Stainless steel screen materials mainly include 201, 201, 302, 304, 304L, 316, etc. It has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance and rust resistance. At the same time, the stainless steel screen is resistant to high temperature oxidation and is easy to be plastically processed. The nominal temperature of the 304 stainless steel screen is 800℃, and the nominal temperature of the 310S stainless steel screen can reach 1150℃.
